Library Bar
Here at the imperial hotel we have a library themed cocktail bar open daily
12 to 11pm. Let the freshly prepared homemade food warm you up after a long
day. We have everything from steak pie to chicken tikka masala to tantalise
your tasebuds, if you’re feeling adventurous give our haggis pakoras
a try, which gives you the traditional Scottish food with a twist.
Blue Restaurant
We also have our Blue Restaurant which serves its fine dining a la carte
menu daily between 5 and 9.30. Here you can experience our locally sourced
seafood and produce. From freshly caught mussels to Aberdeen Angus sirloin
steaks, you can be sure to dine like a king. To finish why not treat yourself
and try one of our freshly prepared coffee liqueurs..
